An interactive video gaming experience with a state-of-the-art video game van that features 4. 40-inch T. V’s, two 32 inch monitors (240hz refresh rate), two Xboxes, two play stations 4, one PlayStation 5, and one Nintendo.
COVID PRECAUTION:
​
Limiting party guests to 10 inside the van at one time. The game coach will be wearing a face mask during events. All equipment is disinfected before and after each event. All VR sets will be disinfected after every game. Sanitize hands before entering and leaving the game trailer. The front door will always remain open.

FORTNITE POLICY:
​
Please keep in mind Fortnite is a SINGLE player game. Consider limiting your guests to 12-15 max. We suggest choosing games that you can play within 12-15 mins. Each screen accommodates up to 2 players. Fornite limits you to one player per screen. Access will be needed to plug into your Internet router via wifi or ethernet cord. We will make every attempt to connect online. This has been mostly successful, depending on the signal strength of your internet. Must have a minimum 100 mbs internet connection. If available we would like to connect to your electricity (if possible), this prevents the van for being on during the event however if its not available to not accessible the van is fully functional with electricity.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation. There will be a $75 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received. NO REFUND in the event of reservation being canceled within 14 days of your event. We will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty; to another date should cancellation be necessary.
PRIVACY POLICY:

Play Mogul Entertainment is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

TIPS:
​
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He/ She tutors, inspires, and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE:
​
Our primary service area is a 30-mile radius from zip code 27560 in Raleigh/Durham, NC. We also service areas up to 70 miles outside our primary area but there is an add a fuel surcharge fee when we travel to these areas. Areas over 70 miles will be assessed at booking with restrictions.
BAD WEATHER:
​
Play Mogul Entertainment. was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated, and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow, or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snowstorm, tropical storm, or hurricane) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.
SUPERVISED CHILDREN:

Play Mogul Entertainment requires a parent or responsible adult to be always present inside or just outside of the van. Guests 16 and over require a parent or guardian be on the property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise. Age 6 and under require parent or guardian present

ALCOHOL/DRUGS:
​
You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Play Mogul van. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.
DAMAGE/INJURY:

Play Mogul Entertainment or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the consumer to position the van in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Play Mogul Entertainment reserves the right to charge the consumer’s credit card for damages to the van or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by consumer’s guests. Play Mogul Entertainment or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the consumer’s property or their designated location. Play Mogul Entertainment is not liable for any injuries obtain within the van and/or while using the VR inside and outside of the van. Consumer is responsible for all liability for damages or injuries inside, outside, and on the property of the event, this is the sole responsibility of the consumer and/or host.
FOOD/DRINK:

Play Mogul Entertainment does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering. Any foods, drinks, and/or candies obtain by PME., as part of the gaming experience will be consumed on the outside of the theater.
PICTURES:
​
While your party is in effect the Play Mogul Coach will be taking pictures of the party from inside the van’s bay. You will then be able to view these pictures on Play Mongul’s Facebook Fan Page and copy them to your files. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page, please notify us via email prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.
INVITATIONS:

Will be emailed in PDF format upon receipt of payment. The PDF’s can be downloaded and edited.
OUR Van:
​
When the van pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. **Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property, or equipment. Our Van is an extended van, and we may open the back doors to extent the gaming experience. The gaming van is fully electric and powered by the van and a generator, which is more than enough power to cover your gaming experience however, we may need to run an electric cord to a power source for events lasting more than two hours. Additionally, the van remains on while the event is accruing, and our Game Coach will never turn the van off during the event unless otherwise noted. We value your safety and the safety of our employees during the event therefore you may see wheel blockers in front and behind every wheel please do not remove theses blockers as they are a part of the van’s safety.
VIDEO GAME RATINGS:

Play Mogul Entertainment will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without a request from the consumers prior to the party/event or adult approval in writing at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us, indicating the game you prefer or let the Game Coach know as soon as you can after he gets there. It is also recommended that all consumers email us with their game requests.
Our Service Area
Play Mogul Entertainment serves the greater Raleigh-Durham, Morrisville, Carry, Apex, Knightdale, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Chapel Hill and surrounding area from office base in Morrisville, North Carolina. We create the best play and party events in North Carolina, with our Primary Service Area covering a 30-mile driving distance from zip code 27560 We also provide service to other area with a fuel surcharge fee.
Please Note: Due to time constraints, one-hour parties are limited to areas within 20 miles of zip 27560, is not available weekends (Morrisville.) All weekend parties and/or events must be a minimum of 2 hours or longer.
